Experience a working farm
Blaze Farm, just 6 miles from Langley, offers a wide range of activities and experiences. Watch the sheep-sheering, feed the hens and see the dairy herd being milked for the ice cream parlour. Long walks and hilltop views
Langley makes a perfect starting point to visit Tegg's Nose Country Park, only six minutes away by car. Entry to the park is free and with a small fee for parking. Take in breath-taking views from the hill tops and explore the history of behind the wonderful landscapes that were quarried for hundreds of years.
Explore the stars
Travel a little further (30 minutes by car) to the Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre and discover the impressive Lovell radio telescope that dominates the view with its enormous 5,0000 meter squared dish. The discovery centre has many exhibits on offer and regularly puts on activities during the school holidays making it a perfect place for a family visit.
