Exploring Earlsfield

Earlsfield is a small, residential area in the borough of Wandsworth. A quintessential London suburb, it's mostly comprised of residential Victorian terraces. This is one of the younger areas of London, as it was developed around a mainline built in the late 1800s. It's home to the late-Victorian St Andrews Church, as well as a number of popular high street chains.

Wander through Wandsworth

Wandsworth is one of the boroughs forming inner London. It was originally part of Surrey, before being absorbed into London through development during the industrial revolution. It's of the city's greener areas, with three metropolitan open spaces: Wandsworth Common, Battersea Park and Tooting Commons. The borough is also home to a small, but active arts community, home to exciting venues such as Theatre 503, and the Battersea Arts Centre.

Catch a show at the Tara Theatre

One of the most forward-thinking community arts centres in the Earlsfield area, the Tara Theatre offers audiences a rich selection of both dramatic classics, and experimental, modern productions. 100 comfortable seats surround an earth stage where actors make stories come to life in an intimate, potent setting.
