Cool off in Tooting Common

If you're looking for some peace and quiet in an otherwise hectic city, Tooting Common is ideal. Take a picnic and relax, or visit the ducks by the lake. If it's a hot day - or if you're feeling brave - the Tooting Bec Lido is also nearby. The lido is an open-air fresh-water swimming pool that has the largest surface area of any swimming pool in the UK, being 100 yards long and 33 yards wide. Looking for somewhere to stay Near Balham?
