Fulham footballing action at Craven Cottage

Situated in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, Fulham's Craven Cottage has been the host of Fulham FC's football matches since 1896. Originally holding only 1000 spectators, its full capacity is currently 25,700. As well as Fulham's home town matches, it has also hosted international matches and was once the home of rugby league team Fulham RLFC. Only a minute away from Craven Cottage, Bishops Park is Fulham's most notable green space. First opened in 1893, it is now maintained by English Heritage, and was modernised over the past decade. So-called as it was the summer home of the Bishops of London, it contains some unique features such as an urban beach, a Spanish War memorial and two meadows.
