Education by the sea at the University of Portsmouth

The University of Portsmouth is located just a short distance from the city's harbour and boasts origins which go all of the way back to 1908, when one of its buildings was used as both a college and library. These days, more than 25,000 students are enrolled on courses at the instituion, including 5,000 international students from close to 150 countries.
