Things to do in and around Hampton in Arden

Within 15 miles of Birmingham, and with fabulous shopping, entertainment and leisure, Hampton in Arden is a great base from which to explore Britain's second city. A traditional Arden village, visitors will love Skett's Farmer's market on the first Friday of every month, offering a diverse range of fresh produce.

Museums and culture

Calling all petrol heads: the National Motorcycle Museum is the largest motorcycle museum in the world, with a collection of over 1000 different British motorcycles. Just across the road is the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), home to many music, sporting and trade events throughout the year. Or for something a little more sedate, visit the Nearby Packwood House, a National Trust-owned manor house surrounded by extensive grounds, ancient woodlands and a rare topiary garden. History lovers will also be keen to visit Packhorse Bridge - the only surviving bridge of its type in the West Midlands.

Family fun in the West Midlands

For a great family day out, explore Baddesley Clinton, a National Trust property in the heart of the Forest of Arden. Take a tour around the house, or enjoy panoramic views from the estate's gardens, while the kids have fun on the Natural Play Trail.
