A firm favourite with literary types, this charming Pennine village was once the home of the Bronte sisters. Fans of Anne, Charlotte and Emily can find out all they've ever wanted to know with a visit to the Bronte Parsonage Museum. Based in their former home it houses many personal posessions including the table where Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights were written. For those who want to find out more about the Brontes while enjoying the stunning Haworth scenery, guided tours of the village are available.

Kids and adults alike will love taking a ride on the authentic steam locomotive which travels through Haworth. Hop aboard to visit Nearby Oakworth or Keighley. You may recognise the striking black trains from the classic film The Railway Children.
