Travelodge Business – How to log in and make your first booking

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to login to your Travelodge Business membership and how to make your first Travelodge Business booking.

After you have signed up and activated your business membership you can start saving straight away with 5% off flexible rate bookings.

How to login

You can login via the ‘Login/Sign up’ button on the top right hand side of every page on our website.

Click “Business membership”, enter your login details (that you used when signing up) and select the “Login” button.  Once you are logged in, you can get started with making your first booking.

Making your first booking

To make your first booking, enter the location you would like to go to in the search bar. A list of our nearby hotels will show up in the results, with distance from your location, price and amenities listed.

Once you select your hotel and reach the check-out page, you will be asked to fill in guest details for your booking.

You will need to add in the name of the guest who will be staying with Travelodge. If you make regular bookings for yourself and / or others you can save guest details in the Manage People section making repeat bookings quick and easy.

Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email.

Important: When you book on behalf of a guest, both you and the guest will receive a booking confirmation email. You will also both be notified if there are any amendments to the booking(s).

Paying for your booking

You can add payment cards during check-out, and these details will be saved for easy repeat bookings. You can add any additional payment cards in the future.
