Calling all tradesmen: Travelodge has 41 new maintenance positions available to help support our growing estate.
Travelodge is expanding its 120-strong dedicated nationwide maintenance team with 41 new maintenance positions.
These new full time roles are field based and offer an amazing opportunity to join a bespoke team dedicated to supporting Travelodge’s 570 hotel estate. No two days are the same on the team as you’ll be carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks from painting and decorating, to air conditioning and electrical work with every member having their own network of hotels to service.
Applicants must have a full UK driving license and at least one trade skill-set which includes a City & Guilds/ NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification. Many different trade skills are welcome to help build a strong and diverse team, so whether you specialise in plumbing, electricals, carpentry, painting or plastering, you can join a team who’s willing to get stuck in and make a difference.
Travelodge is committed to developing its maintenance team and has an established training programme in place to up-skill maintenance team members so they have plenty of opportunity to become fully versatile, multi-skilled and confident members of the team. As well as training, successful candidates will be given a branded kitted-out vehicle to enable them to travel across their network of hotels to carry out essential work, and will also be given a comprehensive personal package of branded uniform and high quality tools.
