Lola’s Cupcakes – Free 5-inch cake. Yes that’s right, you can get a whole birthday cake for free from the delicious Lola’s Cupcakes! All you need to do is show your ID in-store on your birthday and be a member of their Love Club rewards scheme (free to join).

Krispy Kreme – Free doughnut. Download the Krispy Kreme Rewards app and register for free to claim your doughnut during your birthday month. You’ll also get a free doughnut just for signing up!

Greggs – Free sweet treat. Greggs will give you something to satisfy your sweet tooth every year on your birthday once you download the app, which is completely free. Plus, you can instantly redeem a free hot drink for getting the app.

Subway – Free cookie. Everybody knows that Subway cookies are something to write home about, and here’s your chance to get one for free. Simply sign up for Subway Rewards at no cost to receive the offer on your birthday. You can claim a free side for joining the app too!

Costa Coffee – Free sweet treat. Members of the Costa Club (free to join) can enjoy a free slice of cake or another sweet treat for their birthday. You’ll also be rewarded throughout the year with special offers and free drinks in relation to your purchases.

Millies Cookies – Free Cookie. Register for free to the Cookie Club newsletter to get a free Millies Cookie on your birthday. You should see a pop-up prompting you to sign up on their website if you’re not an existing member.

Pizza Hut – Free cookie dough. Sign up for the Pizza Hut newsletter to satisfy all your cookie dough wants and needs. Now this offer seems a little like gold dust as there’s no clear info about the birthday treat or how much cookie dough you can get, but the newsletter sign up asks for your birth date so that’s promising right?

Lidl – Free birthday doughnut. Sign up for the free Lidl Plus app to receive the voucher for a free doughnut on your birthday. You can also unlock exclusive discounts and offers on the app.

Lindt – Free box of Lindt Lindor. As a member of MyLindt Rewards (free to join) you’ll receive a birthday voucher. Now it doesn’t actually say what the voucher is for but it’s widely reported this is equivalent to a 200g box of Lindor. You’ll also get a 10% off voucher for signing up.

Muffin Break – Free Muffin. Secure a free muffin each year on your birthday when you register for free to Muffin Break Rewards. And what’s more, you get a free coffee just for joining the club.

Kaspa’s – Free slice of cake or milkshake. To claim a free milkshake or slice of cake on your birthday, all you need to do is show valid photo ID at any Kaspa’s store.

Patisserie Valerie – Free cupcake. We’ve heard it on the grapevine that if you sign up (for free) to the Patisserie Valerie Cake Club they’ll gift you a free cupcake on your birthday. Unfortunately, we don’t know if this is just a rumour…

Dobbies – Free scone. By becoming a member of Dobbies Club Plus you’ll be eligible for a ‘birthday treat’. It’s said to be a free scone. This exclusive club also gives you 2 free coffees each month and 10% off plants all year round.

Rituals – Free shower oil of your choice. Simply join My Rituals (free to subscribe) and you’ll receive the voucher on your birthday. You’ll also get a free shower foam as a member on your first order over £45 and a different free gift every month (so long as you make a purchase each month).

Clinique – Free sample or full-size product. Sign up for Clinique Smart Rewards to secure yourself a free birthday gift. It’s free to join, however the number of points you earn will determine your gift. Between 0-75 points will get you a deluxe birthday sample, whereas over 201 points will earn you a full-size birthday gift!

AVEDA – Free birthday product worth £14. To get your special haircare treat on your bday you’ll need to sign up to AVEDA Plus. The reward programme includes benefits like invites to special events and free delivery on all orders. You’ll receive double points on your birthday too!

Monsoon – Exclusive birthday gift. Become a Monsoon Reward VIP to bag yourself an exclusive birthday freebie. Becoming a member includes other benefits like a £10 voucher when you reach your first 100 points!

Starbucks – Free drink. Get your coffee fix at no extra cost on your birthday as a Starbucks Gold Member. Gold members can also enjoy free syrup, whipped cream and extra expresso shots.

Prezzo – Free bottle of prosecco. This isn’t exclusive to birthdays, but what better way to celebrate growing older than with a bottle of fizz. Simply sign up to Prezzo emails for the first time to get the offer. You can also swap the free bottle for any 2 desserts!

TGI Fridays – Free cocktails (or mocktails) for all. Host your birthday dinner at TGI Fridays to grab free cocktails for you and all your mates! As a Stripe Rewards member you and up to 5 friends can enjoy free cocktails or mocktails on your birthday. Plus you can redeem a free dessert upon your first visit as a member.

Build-a-Bear Workshop – Pay your age for your Birthday Bear. That’s right, your little one can get their Birthday Treat Bear for as little as £1! Simply find your nearest store and let them know about your child’s birthday. This special Count Your Candles offer includes an in-store birthday ceremony complete with a birthday party hat, sticker and the chance to ring the birthday bell! You’ll need to be a Bonus Club member (free to sign up).

Smiggle – £5 birthday voucher. Children’s stationery store Smiggle gifts a £5 birthday voucher to VIP members. It’s free to sign up as a VIP but you must be over 16 so it’s best that the parents do it.
