Existing bookings for stays on or after 4th July 2020

If you have a future booking in a hotel that will not be reopening in time for your stay, we will email you in advance of your stay date to let you know and refund your booking. We will also share details of which hotels are open should you wish to rebook at a different hotel. We will be working through affected bookings systematically on a day by day basis, and we will be in touch if your booking is affected. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

New bookings for stays on or after 4th July 2020

Flexible Rate Bookings

Our Flexible rate offers the most freedom to change bookings. If you book a Flexible Rate, you can cancel your booking up until 12:00 noon on the date of arrival and receive a refund. You can cancel your booking by visiting the Manage Booking section of our website.

Saver Rate Bookings

Saver rate bookings are non-refundable but can be amended allowing you to change your arrival date.

If you wish to change your arrival date, you are able to amend your booking online free of charge as we have temporarily waived our usual amend fees for Saver Rates until Friday 14th August 2020. Please be aware that after this date our standard £5 booking fee will apply should you wish to amend your Saver Rate booking.

Amendments are subject to availability and must be on a like-for-like basis; this means the same rate type, same hotel and the same stay duration.

If the price for your new booking date is higher than your original booking date, you will need to make the additional payment to complete your booking.

Amendments must take place prior to 12:00 noon on the original day of arrival.

Please be aware that booking policy only allows you to book 325 days in advance.

Saver rate bookings made on or before 23rd June 2020

If you made a saver rate booking on or before 23rd June 2020, please refer to the information below on the temporary amendments we have made to our terms and conditions until further notice.

If you booked a non-refundable Saver Rate on or before 23rd June 2020 you can cancel your booking until further notice, and amend your booking for free until 14th August 2020. Please be aware that after this date our standard £5 booking fee will apply should you wish to amend your Saver Rate booking.

Cancel Your Saver Rate Booking Online

Our temporary amendments mean that you can cancel your Saver Rate booking and receive a Saver Rate Cancellation Voucher instantly within the cancellation confirmation email you are sent. This voucher is redeemable for the same value as the original booking.

Amend Your Saver Rate Booking Online

If you wish to change your arrival date, you are able to amend your booking online free of charge as we have temporarily waived our usual amend fees for Saver Rates until Friday 14th August 2020. If you no longer wish to travel and wish to be refunded for your booking, you should consult your travel insurance provider, as we regret we are unable to refund non-refundable rates.

Food and beverage

As we reopen our hotels, in line with our commitment to the health and safety of all our customers and hotel team members, our Bar Cafe restaurants will remain temporarily closed until further notice. In the meantime a Breakfast to Go offer is available to pre-order or purchase at all our hotels. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

If you have stayed with us since 21st March and had pre-booked and already paid for breakfast or dinner, please complete the Food and Beverage Form so we can refund you. Please bear with us, and we'll be in touch regarding affected bookings. Thanks for your understanding.

No, you won't need a different WiFi code, as the WiFi code in your original booking confirmation will transfer to your booking amendment.

You may change the arrival date, room type and/or guest name on a Saver Rate booking and we have waived the amendment fee until 14th August 2020. It is not possible to amend your booking to a different hotel.
