New bookings on or after 24th June 2020

Flexible Rate Bookings

Our Flexible rate offers the most freedom to change bookings. If you book a Flexible Rate, you can cancel your booking up until 12:00 noon on the date of arrival and receive a refund. You can cancel your booking by visiting the Manage Booking section of our website.

Saver Rate Bookings

Our temporary amendments to saver rate terms and conditions expired on 23rd June 2020. For saver rate bookings made on or after 24th June 2020 our standard booking terms and conditions apply.

Saver rate bookings are non-refundable but can be amended, subject to a change fee, allowing you to change your arrival date.

If you wish to change your arrival date, you are able to amend your booking and will be charged a £5 change fee for each change made.

Amendments are subject to availability and must be on a like-for-like basis; this means the same rate type, same hotel and the same stay duration.

If the price for your new booking date is higher than your original booking date, you will need to make the additional payment to complete your booking.

Amendments must take place prior to 12:00 noon on the original day of arrival.

Please be aware that booking policy only allows you to book 325 days in advance.

Food and beverage

In line with our commitment to the health and safety of all our customers and hotel team members, our Bar Cafe restaurants will remain temporarily closed until further notice. In the meantime a Breakfast to Go offer is available to pre-order or purchase at all our hotels. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

If you have stayed with us since 21st March and had pre-booked and already paid for breakfast or dinner, please complete the Food and Beverage Form so we can refund you. Please bear with us as we're processing a high volume of refunds. Thanks for your understanding.

We request that customers follow the latest Government guidelines with regards to social distancing and contact with other people.

The latest Government guidelines require face coverings to be worn in all public areas in hotels. You do not need to wear a face covering in your bedroom.

No, you won't need a different WiFi code, as the WiFi code in your original booking confirmation will transfer to your booking amendment.

You may change the arrival date, room type and/or guest name on a Saver Rate booking. You will be charged a £5 change fee for each change made. It is not possible to amend your booking to a different hotel.
