An unspoilt Leicestershire town
Castle Donington is nowadays best known as the home of Download Festival, but this sleepy market town has a lot to offer outside of the festival season, too. Its main street is lined with beautiful Georgian houses and timber-framed buildings, and in May plays host to the annual Medieval Market. The town's history dates all the way back to the Saxons.
