Discover Loughborough's student nightlife
The compact East Midlands town of Loughborough in Leicestershire is home to one of the UK's most renowned universities for sport, technology and engineering. Students number a fifth of the population, so while the centre is small, Loughborough packs a big nightlife punch. Head for Wards's End, home to a string of busy bars, incuding hipster favourite, The Orange Tree. Night owls should head either to Echo's and Fire-Fly Club which are both open until the early hours.
