A warm welcome to London

For many visitors, King's Cross Station will be their first view of the capital. It's one of the busiest stations in the country, and the terminus for the East Coast Main Line trains from the North-East of England and Scotland. It's also adjacent to St Pancras International, from where you can hop on - or off - a Eurostar train to the Continent, and the King's Cross St Pancras Tube station, from where the rest of the city is at your fingertips.

A surprisingly magical station

Harry Potter fans will know that King's Cross Station is also the best route to Hogwarts, via its Platform 9 3/4. This particular departure point may be fictional, but there is a plaque marking its location - as well as a luggage trolly stuck halfway into the wall, making a great photo opportunity. Elsewhere, St Pancras is home to a number of public art installations, and if you have any time to kill before your train it's worth nipping over for a look.

Explore lavish London

From King's Cross, London is your oyster. Whether you're planning to take in a West End show, embark on an epic sightseeing trip, or visit some of the capital's many museums and other attractions, all are easily reached from the station.
