The University of Roehampton is a dominant part of the suburban area and has 3 major sites in this fantastic part of South West London. Access Richmond Park - London's largest royal park via Roehampton Gate. Barnes is the Nearest train station and goes to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and London Waterloo.

Take a Tennis Tour at Wimbledon

Roehampton is Nearby to Wimbledon Tennis Club, the mecca of professional tennis in the UK. You can visit the Wimbledon Tennis Club & Museum (Stop W) and get a 90-minute guided tour of the grounds. The Wimbledon Championship was first held in 1877 so there is plenty of memorabilia and trophies to cast your eyes over as well as a virtual reality experience for the tech minded tourist. The perfect introduction to horse riding
