Weddings and more at Stoke Newington Town Hall

For 10 years, Stoke Newington Town Hall was a shadow of its former self, disused and unloved. But in 2010, after an extensive refit that brought it back to its former 1930s art deco glory, the building reopened and is now a hugely popular venue for weddings, corporate events and other functions. A dedicated team is always on hand to help plan and carry out any special audio and visual requirements.

Nature on Stoke Newington's doorstep

Despite being close to central London, Stoke Newington has lots of green areas, including Abney Park and Clissold Park. The latter is a traditional park and holder of a coveted Green Flag since 2006. Aviary and animal enclosures, children's play area, a paddling pool and the historic Clissold House are among its attractions. Abney is a little different - it's one of the capital's so-called magnificent seven garden cemeteries. Guided walks are available, taking visitors to some of the notable 'residents', including Salvation Army founders William and Catherine Booth.
