Something for the kids

Entertain the kids for free with a visit to Bulwell Hall Park. Spot all manner of flora and fauna among the park's mix of woodland, grassland and wildflowers while you follow the orienteering trial, or try out your angling skills on the lake. In the summer months, pop along to Bulwell Bogs, a free children's water park and playground located in the heart of the Nearby Bulwell town centre.

Just seven miles north west of Nottingham, Hucknall is the perfect base from which to explore the city, which boasts some of the best shopping in the UK, an exciting cultural calendar and bustling nightlife. Take in the Galleries of Justice Museum with its many free exhibitions, explore the network of man-made caves, or stroll around Nottingham castle - the heart of the Robin Hood legend and starting point for the English Civil War.
