Travel back in time at Wollaton Hall and Park

Visit Wollaton Hall and Park and you'll be treated to a plethora of activities for the whole family.

The Elizabethan mansion, set in the Nottingham countryside, houses the Natural History Museum, while in the grounds you'll find the Industrial Museum too. And did we mention that Wollaton was the setting for Batman's Wayne Manor?

Feeling peckish? The Cafe in the Courtyard serves up delicious local delicacies.

Visit Nottingham and the City of Caves

Wollaton Hall sits on the outskirts of Nottingham, making it perfectly placed for a trip to the city centre. The bustling high street and quirky Old Market Square make Nottingham a great place to shop, but there's lots more to explore too.

Visit the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall for an evening of culture, and be sure to preface it with a drink at one of the city's lively bars. Looking for something different? Nottingham sits above the City of Caves, a huge underground cave network dating back to 1250 AD.

Wildlife walks at Attenborough Nature Centre

Further out from Nottingham, you'll find Attenborough Nature Centre, an award-winning wildlife reserve named after the national treasure David Attenborough.

The reserve is great for a stroll around the huge lake, but if you've got kids to entertain, there's plenty of activies hosted by the nature centre.
