Eligibility and How To Enter:

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, the individual, who needs to own a Facebook or Instagram account, has to let us know which celebrity impression they’d want to listen to as a bedtime story on the applicable Facebook or Instagram post, before the closing date.

A maximum of one entry per Participant (as represented by Facebook or Instagram account) will be included in the prize draw.

The opening date for entries is 15th March 2024 and the closing time of the prize draw is 11.59pm on 22nd March 2024. Entries received after this time will not be included for this prize draw.

Winner and Prize:

The Winner. One winner per platform will be chosen from all valid entries by random draw by 26th March 2024.

The Prize. The winner will receive one prize. The prize is a one night stay in a UK Travelodge hotel, subject to the following limitations:

(1) Number of guests: up to 3 adults (aged 18 or over) OR for up to 2 adults (aged 18 or over) plus up to 2 children under 16.

(2) The prize is for one night in one of our standard rooms including a family room or an accessible room where required and where available.

(3) The prize will not include breakfast or other “Extra” items (e.g. pets, early check-in, late check-out, WiFi)

(4) The prize does not include transportation, meals, drinks, entertainment, spending money, installation or any costs or items not specifically mentioned above.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, as soon as they are chosen, through Facebook or Instagram. If the winner fails to respond within 10 working days after our initial contact with the winner regarding the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible Participant randomly selected from the entries.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There are no cash alternatives.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Redemption of the Prizes

The winner must book within 1 month of the closing date and complete the prize stay within 12 months of the closing date. The booking of the hotel room will be subject to room availability as shown on www.travelodge.co.uk.

Travelodge’s standard Booking T&Cs (which can be viewed at https://www.travelodge.co.uk/terms-conditions) will apply when taking up the prize.

Data Protection and Publicity

If you are a winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your first name and initial of your surname as the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purpose.

By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

The winner will be contacted with a request for preferred hotel details and must respond within 10 working days of receipt of this message/email to be eligible for the competition prize.

We will hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General

Invalid entries. Incomplete or illegible entries or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group entries will be accepted. Any attempted interference with the running of this prize draw will result in a void entry. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law the Promoter shall have no liability for any claims, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the allocation or use of the prize.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into; however the Promoter will send the name and county of the winner within 28 working days to anyone who writes requesting details of the winner and enclosing a self-addressed envelope to “eCRM Department, Travelodge Marketing Team” at the Promoter’s address detailed below.

The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By submitting your entry to the prize draw, the entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

10% off selected 1 night stays and 30% off ‘cheapest night only’ for 2 to 28 night stays promotion (Saver Rates only) will apply on our saver rate if your booking meets the terms and conditions stated below. After you ‘apply’ the discount code, and if the booking complies with these terms and conditions, a new discounted value will be displayed on the website before you proceed to pay for the booking.

Booking and Stay

The booking must be for a stay at a participating UK Travelodge hotel as listed in the Availability List (found on deals page)
The rooms in a participating hotel allocated for this promotion are subject to a limit. Not all the rooms shown as available on our website travelodge.co.uk are allocated for this promotion
The stay must be booked and paid for between 3pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 and 5pm on Tuesday 2nd January 2024
The overall promotional stay period availability is from the 1st January 2024 to 9th February 2024 (inclusive)
The booking must be made on our website www.travelodge.co.uk. The booking must be made at least 5 days in advance of your stay for promotion eligibility
The stay must be for a minimum of 1 night and maximum of 28 consecutive nights (subject to availability) for the discount off at the same participating hotel in the same room during a stay. Up to 3 rooms per booking will be eligible for the promotion
For multi night stays (2 to 28 nights) to qualify for this promotion, ‘every night’ within the date range you selected must be eligible as per our Availability List (found on the deals page)
Due to the ongoing government announcements regarding Covid 19, Travelodge reserves the right to either alter, adjust or remove this promotion at any time

Limitations on this Promotion

This promotion is not valid in the following situations:

pay-on arrival bookings (including all bookings where American Express is the payment method);

General

Should you need to amend your discounted room booking by changing your stay dates or hotel choice to those outside the terms of this Promotion, or amend your booking after the expiry of this Promotion, you may be required to pay the value of your original discount so that you pay the full amount of the booking without discount.

Travelodge’s standard amendment terms for saver and flexible rate room bookings, as applicable, will apply. Should you cancel your flexible rate booking, you will be refunded the price paid, subject to any standard cancellation terms that apply to a flexible rate room booking. Saver rate bookings are non-refundable.

The Prize is limited to adult sizes Small, Medium, Large, X Large and XX Large only, subject to availability whilst stocks last and limited to one per guest. The Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative size of Prize if the desired sizing is not available.

Eligibility, Opening and Closing Dates for Entries

2. These prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with its administration.

3. There will be a total of 20 runner-up prizes and 1 grand prize. Descriptions and limitations of the prizes are detailed below.

4. The Promoter will randomly select one winner for each of the 6 prizes (so a maximum of 21 winners) according to the timetable below. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure no changes are made to the timetable below. However, if there is any IT issue on the side of the Promoter which prevents the prize draws from being run normally, the Promoter may vary the timetable accordingly.

How to Enter

5. These prize draws are free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

Each individual, who successfully completes the entry form while the entries remain open as indicated in the timetable above, will be eligible to enter into the prize draws. One entry per person (as represented by the email address provided via the entry form) will then be included in respective weekly Runner Up prize draw and the subsequent Grand Prize draw. Temporary or disposable email addresses (i.e. email addresses ending with domains known for generating fake email addresses) will not be valid to enter into the prize draws.

6. Entries after the relevant “Entries Closing Date/Time” has passed will not be valid for the past or future Runner Up prize draws. An earlier runner-up prize winner and his/her entries will remain for the subsequent Grand Prize draw.

As long as the amount of the room costs (based on the then current prices shown on travelodge.co.uk) does not exceed £25,000, the grand prize winner can book any Travelodge hotel rooms at the cost of the Promoter.	(A) Subject to hotel room availability shown on travelodge.co.uk. (B) All free stays must be during the year of 2024 and must be booked before 24th December 2024. (C) Travelodge hotel accommodation will comprise of one room only at UK hotels. (D) The prize will not pay for any other “Extra” items (e.g. breakfast, pets, early check-in, late check-out, and WiFi). These can be purchased by the winner upon arrival. (E) The Promoter will send a separate email to the winner regarding how to redeem the prize. (F) Free stays are provided to the winner personally which means the winner must be present as a staying guest for all bookings made under the prize. If the winner is not present, the Promoter can cancel the booking without notice to the winner and without incurring any liability on the Promoter and forfeit the prize without providing any compensation. (G) The Promoter will require the winner to move rooms if s/he stays in the same hotel room for 28 or more consecutive nights. If the winner refuses to move rooms, the Promoter will terminate the booking and forfeit the prize without providing any compensation. (H) No bookings made for providing this prize will confer tenancy rights on any occupant. (I) If the winner fails to check in to a pre-booked room on 3 or more occasions, for whatever reason, they will forfeit remainder of the prize without providing any compensation.

This is a competition run by Travelodge U.K. The competition is open to all U.K. residents aged 18 and over. You (the “Entrant”) must like @travelodgeuk on Facebook to qualify for entry (http://www.facebook.com/travelodgeuk/).

To open the competition, there will be an announcement post from the @travelodgeuk Facebook account at http://www.facebook.com/travelodgeuk/) on the morning of Wednesday, 17th February 2021. The Prize

For hotel stays, one guest must be the Nominee, as per the entry to the competition.
Stays are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis at any England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland Travelodge venue, taking into consideration the Nominee’s choice of venue where possible, but based on availability at the time of booking and subject to these terms and conditions. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to fulfil all elements of the promotion stated but will not be held responsible for failing to fulfil certain elements if beyond the control of the Promoter. Shortlisting finalists and winner announcement

The Promoter will, through a judging panel, review the entries received and compile a shortlist. The shortlisted finalists’ entries will be shared via email and voted on by the general public. The winner of the Grand Prize will be the Entrant with the most public votes. Prizes will be allocated to the entrants who occupy 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place.

As soon as the winners are chosen for each prize, the Promoter will contact the winners by email address. The Promoter will send up to three emails to the winner to notify the prize draw result. Booking and Stay:

The booking must be for a stay at a participating UK Travelodge hotel as listed in section 13 below.
The rooms in a participating hotel allocated for this promotion are subject to a limit. Not all the rooms shown as available on our website travelodge.co.uk are allocated for this promotion.
The stay must be within the qualifying stay period, which is from Sunday 12th January to Sunday 5th April 2020, excluding selected available dates as listed in section 13 below. Consecutive days stay are not available beyond 9th April 2020.
The booking must be made on our website https://www.travelodge.co.uk.
The stay must be booked and paid between 09 January and 15 January 2019.
The stay must be for a minimum of 1 night and maximum of 5 consecutive nights at the same participating hotel in the same room during a stay. Only one room per booking will be eligible for the promotion. Consecutive days stay are not available beyond 9th April 2020.
The 30% discount offer is applicable on Friday & Sunday room rates only
Stay dates are not eligible for a discount if they fall within 24 hours of your booking date

Limitation on the Discount Code

Multiple Room Booking. If your booking contains more than one room, and if any of the rooms in the ”Basket Summary” (as shown next to the “Discount Code” box) does not qualify for this promotion, the Discount Code will not be valid. To take advantage of this promotion, you will need to make a separate booking for the room or rooms that qualify for this promotion.
Multiple Night Booking. Similar to section 7, if your booking contains nights that do not qualify for this promotion and nights that qualify, the Discount Code will only be applied to the room night rates that qualify.

Other Limitation on this Promotion.

This Promotion is not valid in the following situations:
together with any other promotions or discounts (except that a Travelodge e-voucher can be applied together with the voucher code issued for this Promotion);
pay-on arrival bookings (including all bookings where American Express is the payment method);
group bookings (please see https://www.travelodge.co.uk/group-bookings to book for groups)
Registered Travelodge Business account users or bookings made through https://www.travelodge.co.uk/business
on past purchases or any booking that has already been paid; and

Conditions for issuing a voucher

We will email you (to the email address used for making the original booking which is affected by our hotel closure) to offer you a voucher for a booking cancelled due to our hotel being closed in response to instructions from the UK government. If you respond within 7 days to accept the voucher, we will aim to send the voucher to the same email address within 14 working days after your acceptance of the voucher.

The voucher will have a value which is 125% of the full amount that was paid by you for your original booking.

Once you have told us that you will accept the voucher, you will not be permitted to opt for a cash refund.

Conditions for redeeming a voucher:

The voucher issued to you by email (as described above) may be used for any new booking made by you for a stay at any Travelodge hotel in mainland UK between 25 March 2020 and 30 December 2021. After applying the voucher, and if the new booking complies with these terms and conditions, a new discounted value will be displayed on our website before you proceed to pay for the booking.

Your new booking must meet the following conditions:

1. The new booking must be made on our website www.travelodge.co.uk.

2. The new booking may be for either a Flexible Rate or a Saver Rate booking.

3. You may only redeem one voucher in one transaction. Any amount that is not applied in that transaction will be forfeited and accordingly, no credit will remain on that voucher after it is used once. However, you may combine multiple bookings for single or multiple hotels/nights so that you can realise the full amount of a voucher.

4. The voucher issued via email will be linked to that email address. If the new booking is made by another person (as presented by a different email address), the voucher will not be valid.

5. Other limitations. The voucher is not valid in the following situations

A. together with any other promotions or discounts;
B. pay-on arrival bookings;
C. on past purchases or any booking that has already been paid; and
D. any stays at Travelodge hotels in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Spain.

6. If the price for a new booking is higher than the value of the voucher, you will be required to pay the difference.

General

1. In addition to the terms and conditions stated above, all bookings are subject to Travelodge’s standard terms and conditions which can be viewed at www.travelodge.co.uk/terms-conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and Travelodge’s standard terms and conditions, Travelodge’s standard terms and conditions will apply (except when the conflict relates directly to the issuance and redemption of any voucher, these terms and conditions will apply to resolve the conflict).

2. If you cancel a booking made using a voucher and are entitled to a refund we will refund by issuing a voucher.

3. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Travelodge reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and (ii) change or cancel any vouchers, at any time in connection with any circumstances outside of its control.

4. The vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions stated above.

Eligibility and How To Enter:

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, the individual, who needs to own a Facebook account, needs to comment on the applicable Facebook post answering the 2 questions, before the closing date.
A maximum of one entry per Participant (as represented by Facebook account) will be included in the prize draw.
The opening date for entries is 4th January 2020 and the closing time of the prize draw is 11.59pm on 12th January 2020. Entries received after this time will not be included for this prize draw.

Winner and Prize:

The Winner. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries by random draw by 14th January 2020.
The Prize. The winner will receive one prize. The prize is a two night stay, subject to the following limitations:
(1) Number of guests: up to 3 adults (aged 18 or over) OR for up to 2 adults (aged 18 or over) plus up to 2 children under 16.
(2) The prize will pay for your two night room.
(3) The prize will include breakfast where the winner’s chosen hotel has a Bar Café. All other “Extra” items (e.g. pets, early check-in, late check-out, WiFi) are not included.
(4) The prize does not include transportation, meals, drinks, entertainment, spending money, installation or any costs or items not specifically mentioned above.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner as soon as the winner is chosen using the email address to which we sent the invitation or using the email address submitted in the entry. If the winner fails to respond within 5 working days after our initial email to the winner regarding the prize draw winner, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible Participant randomly selected from the entries.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There are no cash alternatives.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Redemption of the Prizes

The winner must book within 1 month of the closing date and complete the prize stay within 12 months of the closing date. The booking of the hotel room will be subject to room availability as shown on www.travelodge.co.uk.

Travelodge’s standard Booking T&Cs (which can be viewed at https://www.travelodge.co.uk/terms-conditions) will apply when taking up the prize.

Data Protection and Publicity

If you are a winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your first name and initial of your surname as the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purpose.
By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
The winner will be contacted by email with a request for preferred hotel details and must respond within 14 days of receipt of this email to be eligible for the competition prize.
We will hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By submitting your entry to the prize draw, the entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
