Gung-hoe from Plymouth Station

One of the most popular attractions and hotspots in Plymouth is the famous Hoe - within easy walking distance of the train station. The large open space offers stunning views of the harbour and surrounding areas. There are also several historic memorials on the Hoe itself, including those for Sir Francis Drake and those commemorating both World Wars. Plymouth Sound is a natural harbour where you can relax and watch boats of all kinds plough by the Plymouth Sound.

All-round fun at Plymouth Barbican

Nestled between the Hoe and the station, Plymouth Barbican has an exciting range of facilities and activities to enjoy both day and night. Visitors can take a show at the theatre, or spend the afternoon strolling around the Mayflower Museum learning about the voyage of the pilgrims.
