Visit a real-life 'Dream'

Less than a 40-minute drive from Liverpool and 50 minutes from Manchester, St. Helens is a large Merseyside town, known among several things as home to a stunning 20-metre high sculpture known as 'Dream'. Commissioned by ex-miners and St Helens' Council, the piece is of a girl's head - her eyes closed as if she's dreaming. The artwork was designed with the aim of inspiring future generations.
