Mouthwatering modern Indian cuisine at Benares Restaurant

Located on the east side of Berkeley Square in London's Mayfair, Indian restaurant Benares was set up by chef Atul Kochhar. He wanted to combine traditional cuisine from his native India with British ingredients to create contemporary dishes that weren't easy to find on the high street. To say he achieved his aims is an understatement. Kochhar received a Michelin star and Benares itself soon followed.
