At Hoole roundabout take 2nd exit to Hoole rd/A56. At roundabout take 1st exit to St Oswalds way A5268, use the right lane to turn left on to The Bars/A5268, continue on to Little St John Street, Continue on to Pepper Street, hotel will be on your left hand side.
