About this hotel
Our new-look Travelodge Christchurch is located less than half a mile from the local train station and a short drive away from Christchurch harbour with all the kayaking, paddleboarding and bracing strolls that you would expect to find near a hotel in Dorset. Kids and adults will love to explore the nature reserve at Hengistbury Head and just over two miles from the hotel you can find the Mudeford Ferry which regularly takes tourists to the Beach at Mudeford Sandbank in the summer months.
There are also fascinating attractions in the centre of this quaint Dorset town, from the Museum of Electricity to the ruins of Christchurch Castle and the magnificent 11th century Priory Church and, if you like to shop, you’re right on top of Saxon Square Shopping Centre. If all that isn’t enough, you can hop on a train from Christchurch station and be in bustling Bournemouth in under ten minutes, safe in the knowledge you can retreat and get some rest in your Christchurch hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located just four miles from Bournemouth Airport.
Best of all, we are happy to say that after a long day wandering around this picturesque suburb, you can head back and relax in a brand new Travelodge hotel. Its comfy Dreamer beds, modern and stylish rooms and excellent facilities make it one of the most comfortable and contemporary hotels in Christchurch city centre and the perfect place for a break in the South West.
