The Travelodge Business Account Card is a charge card which gives your business the financial flexibility of up to 8 weeks free credit on all transactions with Travelodge.
Managing your business travel expenses with Travelodge is now so much easier — for the following reasons:

- Fully itemised statements give you complete visibility of all spend at Travelodge, therefore making reconciliation a really straightforward process.
- Online account management, available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, gives you secure, quick and easy administration of your account.
Additionally, the Travelodge Business Account Card offers you the opportunity to sign up to the Argos Reward Points scheme. Collect points every time you use your card, then view and redeem your points online.

Once you’ve received your Travelodge Business Account Card, you will then have access to the card management website. This gives you access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
How do I check my account Credit Limit?
You can check your Travelodge account Credit Limit at any time in the My Account section.
How do I check my account balance?
You can check your current Travelodge account balance at any time in the My Account section.
How do I check my available Credit Limit?
You can check how much credit is available to spend on your account at any time in the My Account section.
How do I know how much is due to be paid?
You can check the amount that is due to be paid on your next payment by viewing your latest Statement in the Statements section.
When is payment due?
You can check when your next Direct Debit payment is due to be collected by viewing your latest Statement in the Statements section.
When will I have to pay for the goods I purchase on my card?
With the Travelodge Business Account Card you have up to 60 days to pay for anything you purchase. For example, if you purchase something on your Travelodge Business Account Card on the 1st January your payment will not be due until 1st March.
When does my account balance clear?
You will be notified on your statement of the payment due date and the payment will be credited to your account on the next UK banking day.
Does my balance roll over?
No. The Travelodge Business Account Card is a payment card which you clear on a monthly basis.
Do I have to maintain a specific level of spend?
No. It’s entirely up to you how much you use your Travelodge Business Account Card.
What if my balance is zero?
You will pay nothing — no money will be collected by Direct Debit.
Is the Travelodge Business Account Card a credit card?
No. There is no interest with the Travelodge Business Account Card. It’s your own charge card - a payment card which you clear every 60 days.
Is there a charge for the card?
No. It’s free. There are no monthly or annual charges now, or planned for the future. We just want it to be easier for you to book and stay with us than our competitors.
Can we have more than one card?
Of course you can! If you want more than one card, for several members of staff, we can arrange this. Simply fill in the Additional Card request, which can be found in the Customer Service section.
How do I cancel a Travelodge Business Account Card?
If you no longer need one of your cards because, for example, the card holder has left your company, you can easily block the card in the Cards section so that it cannot be used.
What happens if I lose my Travelodge Business Account Card?
As with all plastic it needs to be looked after carefully, but if you report it lost or stolen we can put a stop on it immediately. What’s more, if we notice that it appears to be being used in an irregular way, we will alert you.
If a member of your staff has left and you want to prevent them using the card exposing you to a financial loss - call us. You can block a lost or stolen card in the Cards section or call the Travelodge Business Account Card Lost and Stolen line on 0844 335 2820.
Will you review my credit limit?
Yes. We are happy to review your Credit Limit and you can request a review by filling in the in a Credit Limit Increase request in the Customer Service section. Your Credit Limit will be reviewed as a matter of course over time — just as with all cards.
Can I get extended credit?
We have already extended the terms of credit for you to up to 60 days. However should you need more credit or have problems paying please call Travelodge Business Account Card Services on 0844 335 1140 and we will talk to you about your individual circumstances.
I have a query with a transaction on my account, what should I do?
Call the Travelodge Business Account Card Services team on 0844 335 1140, who will normally be able to resolve any queries.
What happens if I’m charged incorrectly?
Of course we hope it won’t happen, but if it does call us and we will refund your account immediately. It really is worth remembering that the Direct Debit Guarantee means that you are fully protected at all times.
If you have any queries the individual items are held separately until you are happy for payment to be collected. It is all part of the improved service to make trading with us easier for you.
What happens if I cancel my Direct Debit or it fails?
If you cancel your Direct Debit Instruction with your bank or we attempt to collect your Direct Debit and it fails, your account will be suspended, we may impose a late payment charge and we will start chasing you for the payment. We will contact you straight away to make payment by an alternative method, re-arrange your Direct Debit Instruction and your account will then become active again.
Can I pay by any method other than Direct Debit?
You must have a Direct Debit set up to have a Travelodge Business Account Card but if you pay your balance in full by before the payment due date we will not collect any money by Direct Debit.
How do I update my Travelodge Business Account Card details?
You can update your online account and address details in the My Account section.
