How to enter

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. A maximum of one entry per Participant (as represented by the email address) will be included in the prize draw. The opening date for entries is 17th March 2025 and the closing time is 11.59pm on 31st March 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be included in this prize draw.

To enter, the individual, who needs to be subscribed to receive marketing emails, needs to click the ‘Enter for free’ button before the closing date and accept the Terms and Conditions.

The Prize and Redemption

Ten winners will be chosen from all valid entries by random draw by 15th April 2025 (the “Prize Draw Date”).

TEN winners will receive ONE £75 Travelodge eVoucher (the “Prize”).

The eVoucher has a 6 month expiry window from the date of issue.

The prize will not pay for any other “Extra” items (e.g. breakfast, pets, early check-in, late check-out, and WiFi). The prize does not include transportation, other meals, entertainment, or any costs not specifically mentioned above.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each of the winners as soon as the winners are drawn on the relevant Prize Draw date as shown above, using the email address submitted in the entry.  If the winner fails to respond within 5 working days to confirm acceptance of the prize, the desired delivery address and the desired sizing, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There are no cash alternatives.

Data protection and Publicity

If you are a winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your first name and initial of your surname as the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purpose.

By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

General

In receiving the Prize, the winner shall not do anything whilst wearing the Prize that could negatively impact Travelodge’ image or brand including but not limited to publicising any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing, or content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights).

Incomplete or illegible entries or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected.

No bulk, machine generated, consumer group entries will be accepted.

Any attempted interference with the running of this prize draw will result in a void entry.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law the Promoter shall have no liability for any claims, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the allocation or use of the prize.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into; however the Promoter will send the name and county of the winner within 28 working days to anyone who writes requesting details of the winner and enclosing a self-addressed envelope to “eCRM Department, Travelodge Marketing Team” at the Promoter’s address detailed below.

The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in its absolute discretion.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By submitting your entry to the prize draw, the entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
