How can I search for a Saver/Sale room?
Click on the Saver button on the homepage. This will take you to the start of the Saver room search. You will be asked to search either for a specific rate or to specify a date for your search. If you choose to search by rate you will be shown the earliest available rate for a location of your choice. During a sale the Search button on the homepage will indicate the Sale is on. Sale rates will be indicated in red on the search results.
How far in advance can I search for a Saver/Sale room?
You can search up to 12 months in advance for Saver rates using the Saver room search tool.
When I have found a Saver/Sale room how do I book it?
Simply click on the orange square for a Saver rate or the red square for a Sale rate that corresponds with the date and location you require. You will then be prompted to add the room to your basket.
Do I need to book Saver/Sale rooms in advance?
Yes, Saver rooms need to be booked in advance of when you want to stay. £19 Saver rooms must be booked 21 days in advance. £29, £39, £49 or £59 Saver rooms must be booked at least 7 days in advance.
Sale rooms must also be booked in advance. Each Sale will include details of how far ahead you must book.
How do I book more than one Saver/Sale room?
Saver / Sale rooms can only be booked one night at a time. When you have located the room you want, simply add it to your basket. You can then select the option to return to the search results or start a new search using the orange Saver search panel.
Why are some of the squares blank?
When there are no Saver or Sale rooms available for the dates and locations selected a blank square is displayed. To check the next best available rate at these hotels simply click on the hotel name.
Can I cancel or amend a Saver or Sale rate booking?
Payment for Saver and Sale rooms will be taken at time of booking using a debit/credit card and cannot be refunded. It is possible to cancel a Saver or Sale room using the Manage your bookings section but cancelled rooms are non-refundable. If you want a room that is refundable should your plans change, you can book a Flexible rate room.
You can make the following modifications to a Saver / Sale rates booking using the Modify your booking option on the website but only in advance of the date of arrival as follows: £29,39,49 and 59 rates 7 days in advance, £19 rates 21 days in advance. You can change the room type or date of arrival for a £5 booking amendment fee. You can increase the length of stay by purchasing additional nights for the same rate. You can reduce the length of stay but will not receive a refund for the nights no longer required. All amendments are subject to availability at the time of amendment
Can I book a Saver/Sale room by phone?
No, this rate is only available on the website.
Can I book a Saver/Sale room and a Flexible rate room at the same hotel?
Yes you can add both a Saver / Sale room and a Flexible to your basket. The booking will be paid for at time of booking, with a credit/debit card.
Are Saver / Sale rooms available at all hotels?
Saver and Sale rates are available at selected hotels on selected nights and available on a first come first served basis.
