*Choose Your Room is an optional service. Charges apply – the price varies by hotel, room type and length of stay. It’s subject to availability and the layout of the hotel. Only rooms available at the time of selection will be shown.
Frequently Asked Questions
Choosing your room is totally optional. Some guests like to pick theirs to be on their preferred floor, close to the lifts or even a specific view. If you don’t pick a room before you arrive, that’s not a problem — we’ll simply allocate one for you when you check in, as we usually would.
It’s refundable before noon on your arrival day if you booked a Flexible Rate. We’ll pop the fee back to you automatically the same day. If you booked a Saver Rate, the fee is non-refundable.
We’ll do our best to make sure you get the room you picked, but in the unlikely event we’re unable to accommodate your request, we’ll refund the fee automatically the day after you check in.
The room types available are dependent on the layout of the hotel. You’ll see a selection of rooms available for your booked room type (e.g. Double Room, Family Room, SuperRoom™, etc). Just pick the one that suits you best!
Yes, you are able to change the room before you check in in the Manage Booking section of our website. Subject to availability.
